These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Velmaine Hair Ltd (“we”, “us”, “the salon”). By booking an appointment, purchasing any service, or visiting our premises, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Appointments & Bookings
2.1. Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
2.2. A deposit may be required for colour services, long sessions, or high-demand appointments.
2.3. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule an appointment where necessary.
3. Consultations
3.1. A consultation is carried out before colour or technical services.
3.2. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose allergies, medical conditions, or previous reactions.
3.3. We accept no liability for reactions resulting from undisclosed information.
4. Prices & Payment
4.1. All prices are listed on our website and in-salon menu.
4.2. Prices may vary based on hair length, thickness, or technical difficulty.
4.3. Payments are accepted via card, cash, or approved online methods (Stripe/Monzo/Wise).
4.4. Prices include VAT where applicable.
5. Satisfaction Policy
5.1. If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must inform us within 48 hours.
5.2. We will offer a complimentary correction appointment where appropriate.
5.3. Refunds are not provided for completed services (see Refund Policy).
6. Liability
6.1. We are not liable for:
– Pre-existing damage to hair
– Undisclosed allergies
– Results affected by client aftercare or external factors
6.2. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the client.
7. Gift Cards & Vouchers
7.1. Non-refundable.
7.2. Valid for 12 months unless stated otherwise.
8. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
