1. In-Salon Services
Velmaine Hair Ltd provides in-person hair and beauty services only.
There is no physical product shipping unless explicitly stated on a product page.
2. Gift Cards & Digital Products
– Digital gift cards are delivered via email instantly or within 24 hours.
– No physical delivery is required.
3. Retail Products (If Sold)
If the salon sells haircare items online:
– Orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days.
– UK delivery only unless otherwise stated.
– Delivery charges will be shown at checkout.
4. Non-Applicable Services
If no products are shipped, the following applies:
“Velmaine Hair Ltd does not provide shipping services. All services are performed in-salon by appointment.”
