VELMAINE HAIR LTD – CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
1. Cancellations
1.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
1.2. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in the loss of deposit or a late cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service price).
2. No-Show Policy
2.1. Failure to attend without notice (“no-show”) will result in:
– Full charge of the booked service, or
– Loss of deposit
2.2. Repeated no-shows may result in future booking restrictions.
3. Refunds for Services
3.1. Hairdressing services cannot be “returned”; therefore completed services are non-refundable.
3.2. If you are unhappy with the result, you must notify us within 48 hours.
3.3. We will offer a free correction session where appropriate.
3.4. Refunds are only considered where a service was not provided as agreed or could not be completed due to salon error.
4. Refunds for Products
4.1. Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.
4.2. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
5. Deposits
5.1. Deposits are non-refundable unless the salon cancels the appointment.
5.2. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
